Any property appraisal, rental appraisal or other similar activity is not to be construed as a formal valuation relating to the property.   Following receipt of any such appraisal, it may be prudent to independently verify the accuracy of such appraisal by engaging a suitably qualified and certified practising valuer to provide their professional opinion. Furthermore, we recommend obtaining legal, tax (including GST, stamp duty and land tax) and financial advice in relation to your specific circumstances before entering into any real estate transaction or arrangement.
